• Marketing: The company can send promotional or holiday-themed messages using a list of guest and interested party addresses.

• Confidentiality: Personal data is not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
• Mandatory Communication: The identification data of non-Portuguese citizens must be communicated to SSI/AIMA (formerly SEF) after check-in, via the SIBA platform.
• Technical Protection: We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt personal information in online transactions, ensuring that data is transmitted securely.

Conservation and Rights of the Owner

• Retention periods: Personal information is kept only for the legally required period, remaining recorded on invoices and booking confirmations that cannot be deleted.
• Rights: The data subject is guaranteed the right to access, verify, rectify, transfer, and delete (right to be forgotten) their data.
• Exercising Rights: Users may withdraw their consent or request the deletion of data (such as from the address book) by emailing rosavian21@gmail.com.
• Complaints: If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
